To be honest, most people don’t contact us for Handbooks and Policies until they reach at least 5 staff. But the way we look at it, even one staff member deserves to know how things work and that they are valued enough to have everything in place that they would get from a bigger employer. Plus, with the new legal updates, there is a greater need than ever to have everything you need in place.
