HR SUPPORT

(the exciting stuff)

All our HR Support packages are tailored to the needs of your business. Different businesses require different levels of support so we always start with a consultation call to find out exactly what you need so we can build a package that suits you. As a price guide here is an example of what we can include in our services.

ON DEMAND HR

Starting from £130 per hour

You need help on an ad-hoc basis for something like a one-off redundancy, a disciplinary, a grievance, a sickness issue, recruitment, communicating a change to staff, etc.

Bank of 5 Hours £600+VAT / Bank of 10 Hours £1100+VAT

You don’t have HR Support in your team and need help on an ad-hoc basis for any of the above situations. You also want the safety blanket of having someone there should anything arise. Buying a bank of 5 or 10 hours can give you this security while saving you money at the same time!

NEXT LEVEL HR

Starting from £550 pcm

You've got 10 employees and manage your HR admin yourself but want the security of ongoing unlimited HR support as well as proactive HR project management to ensure your company's future growth and success.

Starting from £3000 pcm

You've got 40 employees and want the security of ongoing unlimited HR support as well as proactive HR project management to ensure your company's future growth and success. You also want someone to manage all of the HR administration for new joiners, staff and leavers including management of the HR and Recruitment Systems.

*What is an HR project?

HR projects are where we can really add value to your business.

You may want to focus on one area a month or to tackle multiple projects at a time. Either way we’ll spend time with you at the very beginning to understand your vision and short and long term goals, From there we can agree between us what to focus on as a priority and in what order to tackle everything.
